The EPA has reached an agreement with the City of Corry to correct Clean Water Act violations and replace its wastewater treatment plant, which serves about 6,000 to 8,000 people.
The plant has been discharging more pollutants into Hare Creek than allowed, including harmful bacteria and chemicals.
