Today, Dallas residents can expect “a chance of sprinkles between 9am and noon” before the mid-morning clouds begin to slowly part, making way for clearer skies and a high temperature near 65 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. The day’s breeze is set to come from the south, potentially accelerating to gusts of up to 30 mph.

Tonight’s outlook is mostly clear with the low anticipated around 39 degrees, while the south wind is predicted to shift north-northwest after midnight. Residents might want to secure any loose outdoor items as gusts could once again reach nearly 30 mph. The brisk weather isn’t set to halt anytime soon, with Saturday expected to be sunny and the mercury not quite mustering to crest past 49 degrees.
