HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Jan. 17, 2025 marks 132 years since the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and thousands are expected to take part in the annual Onipaa Peace March to reflect on the events of that day.
It’s set to begin 9:45 a.m. Friday at the Mauna Ala Royal Mausoleum.
