KINGSPORT — “Heritage Gardening” will be the topic of discussion at the 35th annual Winter Garden Seminar at Warriors’ Path State Park on Saturday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m. in the Recreation Building on Duck Island. The seminar, originally scheduled for Jan. 11, was rescheduled due to inclement weather.
The guest speakers will be Dr. Bill Best, founder and past director of the Sustainable Mountain Agricultural Center; Dr. Michael Best, the current director of the center; and Barbara Best Toti, Outreach Coordinator for the Center.
