FORT WORTH, Texas — Kaufman County schools made a strong showing at the Texas UIL Spirit University Interscholastic League Championships, held January 16-18, 2025, at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
Crandall High School set a state record with its sixth state title, while Scurry-Rosser High School celebrated its first-ever championship win.
Crandall High School captured the UIL State Spirit Conference 5A-D2 title with a score of 96.07, according to the University Interscholastic League. Scurry-Rosser High School won the 2025 UIL State Spirit Conference 3A-D2 Championship, scoring 91.33.
