On January 16, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to assist an off-duty constable deputy who discovered two male suspects inside his personal vehicle in the 6700 block of FM 1960 West. The off-duty deputy attempted to detain one of the suspects, but the individual, later identified as 17-year-old Christian Dow , resisted arrest and physically fought the deputy, causing minor injuries.
Assisting units arrived at the scene, and Dow was eventually detained. The second male suspect fled the scene, and a warrant for his arrest will be filed once his identity is confirmed…
