New Ohio law can help Valley residents avoid driver’s license suspension: Judge

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A new Ohio law was passed that can help many people in the Valley.

House Bill 29 was signed into law by Gov. Mike DeWine earlier this month to change or eliminate financial conditions as reasons for a driver’s license suspension.
