The Orlando Police Department has announced the arrest of 26-year-old Jackson Similus in connection with a vehicle burglary that turned deadly on December 26, 2024, at the Summergate Condominiums, located at 4881 Cypress Woods Drive.
Similus has been charged with 2nd Degree Felony Murder and Burglary of a Conveyance.
Police responded to the scene at approximately 5:18 a.m. on December 26 after receiving a report of a shooting.
