Firefighters rescued a dozen cats from a burning house that caught fire Monday morning, according to a release from the New Orleans Fire Department.
NOFD crews were called to a fire burning inside a home in the 7800 block of Brevard Avenue in New Orleans East at 9:20 a.m.
