Garland police are searching for the man they say shot and killed a woman early Tuesday morning.
Police got a call about a shooting around 2 Tuesday morning at an apartment complex on Chaha Road. When officers got there – they found the victim in the parking lot. She was taken to the hospital, but she didn’t make it.
