HOUSTON (KIAH) – The last of the snow will be clearing out of southeast Texas by 2 p.m., with winds still be gusting until about 5 p.m. As the skies clear today and then the winds later tonight calm down we’ll see wind chills drop down to 10 degrees in the coldest spots.
This frigid weather has prompted an extreme cold watch for the area for dangerously cold weather on your Wednesday morning. An Extreme Cold Watch is set for the area from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday, as wind chill temps drop into the teens.
