NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A LifeFlight helicopter is responding to a crash on Interstate 40 East in Wilson County on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
According to TDOT, the crash occurred at about 1:25 p.m. near Mile Marker 246.
One lane of the interstate has been reopened as crews continue to work on the crash. No other details have been released at this time…
