ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A St. Louis judge has ordered that a man charged with murder in the broad-daylight execution-style killing of a man in downtown St. Louis is not mentally fit to stand trial.
Circuit Judge Craig Higgins on Wednesday ordered the criminal case of 24-year-old Deshawn Thomas to be suspended and placed on the mental inactive docket. Thomas was ordered to the custody of the Missouri Department of Mental Health with reviews to take place every six months.
