Sworn complaint released against man accused of killing a man and dog in a car accident

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A sworn complaint is giving new details about the person charged with hitting and killing a man and his dog earlier this month.

Court records show that 18-year-old Clayton Wamsley was charged with the death of Matthew Umamos and his dog, Elmyra.
