Former private Christian school coach enters plea agreement

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A former coach at a local private Christian school entered a plea agreement stemming from his time at the school.

Kegan Abram pleaded guilty to two counts of “Indecent Assault,” and guilty to one count of “Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.”

Abram was sentenced to a total of 12 years deferred which he will serve if he violates his probation.

Abram will have to register as a sex offender for life, not go within 1,000 feet of Accelerate Christian School or Church, have no contact with a person under 17 and will not be able to have a teaching job…
