LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – After days without pay, employees of Signature Healthcare are finally receiving their first paychecks caused by a disruption in a payment processing system.
The Louisville-based company released a statement explaining that a technical issue with Capital One’s payment system, which occurred on Jan. 17, delayed direct deposits into employees’ bank accounts.
“This unforeseen disruption posed temporary challenges for some of our Stakeholders, and we acted promptly to address and resolve these hardships, including offering emergency financial assistance to those in immediate need,” the statement said…
