Two Students Charged After Lockdown At Zephyrhills High School

ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – Two 17-year-old students have been charged in connection with the lockdown that occurred at Zephyrhills High School Thursday afternoon. The Pasco Sheriff’s Office charged the students, both from Zephyrhills High School, with disruption of a school function and resisting an officer.

The incident began when school staff confronted the unauthorized individuals on campus. The individuals fled, prompting school officials to activate their active threat plan and place the school on lockdown as a precautionary measure.
