ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A co-conspirator accused of setting up the target of a high-dollar theft at a Clayton hotel last summer has been charged.
According to the Clayton Police Department’s probable cause statement, the theft took place on Aug. 11, 2024, at Ritz-Carlton in the Carondelet Plaza.
Police said the victim reported his hotel room had been ransacked and that $315,000 in cash had been stolen from his suitcase…
