Customer Shoots Wendy’s Employee Over Cold Fries, Employee Fires Back

A Kentucky man reportedly shot a Wendy’s employee during an argument after receiving cold french fries. The incident occurred on January 6, and the suspect faces assault charges following the violent confrontation.

The confrontation reportedly occurred around 10:41 p.m. when Monjah D. James-Wooten, 25, and two accomplices confronted an employee over an order. According to Law And Crime , the trio entered the restaurant, and Wooten pulled out a firearm and fired at the employee during the heated altercation. Surveillance footage showed that the worker returned fire before James-Wooten fired additional rounds, one of which struck the employee in the buttocks…
