HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A vehicle crashed into a utility pole early Friday morning near Conway, blocking traffic and briefly knocking out power in the area, according to Horry County Fire Rescue .
It happened at about 6:40 a.m. near Highway 548 and Wayside Road, HCFR said. The driver of the vehicle chose not to go to the hospital.
