SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Greene County Sheriff’s Office has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Authorities say 16-year-old Ella Jae Phillips walked away from her house in Rogersville around 5 p.m. Friday. Her phone was located one block away from her house.
