MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Another cold start to the day across the Grand Strand into the Pee Dee. We will continue to see sunny skies and see our high temperatures warm a little more than the past few days. We will remain in the upper 40s along the coast. As you get inland into the Pee Dee and border belt, temperatures will warm into the low 50s. Once again, any melting of snow and ice, will cause issues again on the roadways Sunday morning, as temperatures are expected to dip below freezing.
Sunday will be a nice day across the area, we will start off chilly, but sunny. Afternoon temperatures will warm into the low 50s. Clouds will begin to move into the area Sunday afternoon into the evening. This will be ahead of our next weather system. Rain is expected to be scattered across the area on Monday. Another cool day across the area, but well above freezing. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s along the coast. Lower 50s across the Pee Dee and border belt.
After the rain on Monday we begin a brief warm up across the area. Tuesday and Wednesday temperatures are expected to warm into the 60s. We will see low 60s on Tuesday. On Wednesday temperatures will be in the mid 60s across the coast. Mid to upper 60s inland. Our first warm day in a while…
