HAMPTON, Va. — Two people were injured in a shooting that happened in Hampton Saturday afternoon.
At about 3:48 p.m., Hampton Public Safety Communications received a call about the shooting that happened in the first block of Derry Road. Officers responded and located the crime scene; however, the victims were not there.
The victims had attempted to drive themselves to the hospital and stopped at the intersection of East Mercury Boulevard and Monroe Drive. Officers responded and found the victims, an adult male and female juvenile, were suffering from non-life-threatening injuries…
