Last week to save with the Early Bird Discount for Girl Scout Summer Camp

HICKORY — Summer campers have one more week to access the Early Bird Discount and save $50 when they register by Jan. 31 for any full-week overnight camp with Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont (GSCP2P) at Keyauwee Program Center in Randolph County.

This year’s summer campers will “Choose Your Own Adventure” with all the traditional camp activities available plus every camper has the option to choose a horse experience at Circle C Equestrian Center located in the camp.

“Summer camp is for all girls in grades 1-12, so you do not have to be a current Girl Scout to have an amazing summer at camp,” said Jennifer Wilcox, CEO at GSCP2P. “Our goal is to get every girl outside, so we provide resources, like this discount, so any girl in our service area can experience the independence and skill-building of summer camp.”…
