Armed robbers crash into deer while evading police, get arrested, charges say

ST. LOUIS — Two gunmen were arrested fleeing from a flaming vehicle after crashing into a deer while refusing to stop for St. Louis police on Thursday, according to court records.

The alleged gunmen —Terrell Hall, a 23-year-old Cahokia, Illinois, man, and Charles Kelly, a 24-year-old St. Louis man— were in the same vehicle driven by suspects to multiple St. Louis armed robberies location.

Court records show that officers with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department tried to pull over the vehicle on Thursday, but the driver, Hall, accelerated instead and began ignoring all traffic signals…
