WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Legoland Florida is rebuilding its workforce with 234 impending permanent layoffs. The entertainment department makes up about 75% of these layoffs.
According to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) notice sent out Friday by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the layoffs are scheduled to start on March 25 and will continue through April 7.
