Gov. Walz announces $887M infrastructure plan

The bonding proposal includes $10M for Rapidan Dam recovery Gov. Tim Walz and and Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan’s 2025 infrastructure plan includes $887 million for projects aimed to protect Minnesota’s drinking water, keep communities safe and support housing development. The bonding proposal was announced Jan. 23 in Mankato at the Rapidan Dam, which partially failed after it was heavily damaged by floods this past June.
