Jillian Michaels Backs RFK Jr. for Health Post

Additional Coverage:

Fitness expert Jillian Michaels continues to back Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination for Health and Human Services Secretary following his first Senate confirmation hearing. Michaels, host of the “Keeping It Real” podcast, told Fox News Digital why she supports Kennedy.

She acknowledged Kennedy’s eccentricities, referencing a story about him leaving a dead bear cub carcass in Central Park. However, Michaels insisted Kennedy has good intentions and a history of challenging corporations that prioritize profits over people. She believes he genuinely wants to improve Americans’ health and is incorruptible.

Michaels also shared health tips, starting with a daily step goal of at least 7,000, achievable with an indoor walking pad.

Her second tip is using “common sense” when choosing food, such as opting for grilled chicken over a Big Mac. She emphasized cutting back on ultra-processed foods and sugary drinks.

Michaels’ final tip focuses on better sleep hygiene, suggesting strategies like blue blockers and blackout shades. She encouraged incorporating other healthy habits like meditation and stress management techniques.

Prior to Kennedy’s hearing, Michaels defended him on social media, arguing he’s been unfairly portrayed. She highlighted his work challenging large corporations and emphasized he is not anti-vaccine. Michaels believes corporate interests are behind the attacks on Kennedy.

She urged her followers to research the facts and contact their senators to support his confirmation. In previous Fox News appearances, Michaels expressed optimism about Kennedy’s potential impact on American health, praising his commitment to addressing food and health crises. She also believes Kennedy’s personal fitness sets a good example and builds trust.
