SANTA ANA, California – A federal grand jury has indicted a 21-year-old Laguna Niguel man for allegedly distributing fentanyl, resulting in two overdose deaths in spring 2023. Michel Joseph Abdallah, also known as “Mike,” faces multiple charges, including distribution of fentanyl resulting in death and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
