Schenectady man faces 15 years to life in prison on drug trafficking charges

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — A Schenectady man faces a minimum of 15 years in prison, after pleading guilty to drug trafficking charges Thursday. James Alvin Boone, II, 30, pled guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court to possession of fentanyl and cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of fentanyl, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
