ASHEVILLE – Glass Onion is under new management and more changes are coming to the global Italian restaurant in Weaverville. Founders Natalie Byrnes and Eddie Hannibal, who opened Glass Onion at 18 North Main St. in 2012, have tapped a new couple to carry on the family business as they set off on adventures in their retirement.
