Local businesses still have a number of openings, but often times, getting people seeking jobs hooked up with those providing them can be a challenge. That was one of the major talking points during CHQ Chamber’s inaugural State of Business Breakfast held Friday morning at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Jamestown.
