A Cranston family of four became a family of eight within three minutes last Friday when mom gave birth to four identical girls at a Phoenix hospital. The doctor who delivered the babies for Rachel Vargas has delivered 127 quadruplets but said he’d “never seen anything like” Vargas’s pregnancy. “I’ve been doing this a long time,” Dr. John Elliott said. “It’s an amazing story.
