ARCADIA, Fla. (WWSB) – On Jan. 31, the Arcadia Police Department received a call about a male suspect who was armed, driving a car with the caller’s son inside. The Arcadia Police Department and the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene, and the suspect, Thomas Kilmon drove away with the child still in his vehicle. Police chased the suspect and after a while Kilmon let the child leave he car, before attempting to escape again…
