GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Brion Hatcher’s appeal for a 2019 murder in Green Bay was denied Tuesday by the state Court of Appeals. Hatcher, 38, was convicted of first-degree intentional homicide for the Jan. 27, 2019, murder of Tavarious Edwards at a home on George Street.
