An early morning traffic stop near Charles City has led to drug charges against two Minnesota men and a Missouri woman. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) says a Silverado pickup was pulled over for speeding near the 227 mile marker on Highway 218 shortly after 1:30 am Monday (02.03) morning.
