Supervisor V. Manuel Perez will convene a special meeting tomorrow to update the public on the ongoing efforts to reform Riverside County’s Animal Services Department. The meeting will focus on the progress made by animal shelter consultant Kristen Hassen, who was hired to lead the reform initiatives following the firing of former director Erin Gettis.
