Boise Police Take Washington State Fugitive Into Custody After he Stabs Himself in Neck

The Boise Police Department announced a Washington fugitive was in custody Monday after stabbing himself as officers approached. Devin Smith, 36 — who was said to be armed and dangerous — was wanted out of Thurston County, Washington, on warrants of rape of a child, domestic violence and assault.
