Police have arrested three people in connection with the shooting death of a 16-year-old in Belleville on Monday. Authorities say a juvenile and two adults are in custody and facing charges in the death of Dirico Washington, who was killed outside his 81st Street home late Monday afternoon.
When first responders arrived, the teen was rushed to a local hospital but died of his injuries a short time later.
