LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — A newly introduced bill in Arkansas, known as the “Baby Olivia Act,” requires public school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to incorporate a detailed human growth and development lesson into their existing health and safety curricula, beginning no later than fifth grade.
The legislation mandates the inclusion of two specific videos: one of a high-definition ultrasound, and another produced by a pro-life group and generated by artificial intelligence, showcasing the early stages of fetal development.
“Kids will see a three minute video and an ultrasound every year too so they understand what fetal development is.
