ALBION, Mich. — Two people were arrested after multiple search warrants were executed in Calhoun County.
On Jan. 31, multiple search warrants were executed in the city of Albion, targeting a known drug dealer in the Albion/Jackson area.

Items including large amounts of methamphetamine, prescription pills, handguns and ammunition were seized. A handgun was stolen from a home in Calhoun County, according to officials.
Evidence of drug distribution was also observed, leading to two arrests: a 40-year-old Albion man, who was charged with drug possession, intent to deliver, firearm offenses, and possession of stolen property; and a 29-year-old Albion woman on outstanding warrants.
