Man found dead at encampment named; brother shares thoughts
Authorities have identified the man whose body was found by police at a Ventura encampment during an unrelated call Saturday.
Terrance Valcho was 69, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office. He was described as unsheltered. The cause and manner of death had not been determined as of Wednesday. Law enforcement officials previously provided a different age.
