The morning commute could be a little slick

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — It won’t be a huge storm system for Western New York, but sometimes it’s more about the timing of a weather system than the amount of precipitation that it creates.

A system will lift northeast from the Central Plains late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The system will run into cold high pressure in New England.
