ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 42-year-old Pensacola woman is being held in jail without bond after being stopped with a trafficking amount of fentanyl, according to an arrest report.
Jessica Ann Haley was arrested last Friday on charges of:
- trafficking fentanyl
- trafficking amphetamine
- possession of methamphetamine
- possession of marijuana
According to the arrest report, a deputy observed Haley walking “on the wrong side of the road (with the flow of traffic)” in front of 230 Edison Drive. She was carrying a black backpack.
The report states the deputy activated emergency lights to stop and detain her. While speaking with her, Haley mentioned she may have “dope” in the bag, which she added she was carrying for a friend, according to the report…
