Just 18 months after Pike Construction broke ground, a new affordable housing development opened in Tampa, providing housing to hundreds of Tampa’s low income residents.
The 100-unit complex has dedicated 10 units for individuals transitioning out of temporary housing for the homeless, like Tampa Hope cottages. Five are available for direct referral from the city’s outreach team.
Designed by FK Architecture and developed by Archway Partners in collaboration with the Tampa Housing Authority and Signature Property Group, the Casa Bel-Mar housing development will serve individuals at 80% AMI and below.
