FERGUSON, Mo. — A second teenager was charged in connection with a fatal shootout in the parking lot of a Schnucks in Ferguson, but he has not been taken into custody.
Tyrell Cook Jr., 18, was charged with second-degree murder, unlawful possession of an illegal weapon and multiple other charges in connection with the shooting death of Ramone-Kaleb Henderson. Another man, 19-year-old Clarence Brown, is also facing second-degree murder and robbery charges.
