Suspect in 2021 Junction City homicide found guilty except for insanity

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. – A man charged with the murder of a 73-year-old man back in 2021 has been sentenced to life in the care of the Psychiatric Security Review Board, court records show.

According to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, on March 23, 2021, deputies responded to a reported burglary on Hall Road to find Stephen Perry Bream, 73, dead of homicidal violence.
