(WJAR) — The state revoked the license of a therapist, accusing her of lying on her renewal application by failing to disclose she was charged with child neglect and that her license was previously revoked in Florida.
The Rhode Island Department of Health order claims Amanda Taylor has “engaged in a pattern of deceit, including making material misrepresentations to the Department, repeatedly failing to notify clients of cancellations, submitting false bills for treatment services not rendered, and abandoning patients in treatment.”
