WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A few restaurants are closing around Wilmington, one of which opened less than two years ago.
Primo Hoagies, near the intersection of 17th Street and South College Road in Wilmington, announced they were closing.
The owners said conditions out of their control forced them to close the business…
