MENDOTA HEIGHTS, Minn. — The work of heroes is often done when no one sees it. Some instances may make headlines, or spread among friends, but it’s not often that recognition comes along with those actions.
In Mendota Heights Thursday, that changed, as dozens of Minnesota State Troopers, civilian staff and regular everyday people were honored and recognized for the lifesaving work they’ve done over the past year.
